You have the full venue that includes 3 distinct zones, kitchen including large 3-door fridge, tea/coffee facilities, pop-up bar, sound system, 2 x unisex bathrooms and 2 x undercover car spaces.
4 x leather 3-seater couches, 6 x wicker 2 seater chairs, 4 x wicker single chairs, 6 x timber trestle tables, 24 x dining chairs, plus additional spare seating. The studio also includes a bar, indoor plants, vintage rugs, side tables and occasional decorative pieces.
Yes we take a $500 bond 72hrs before your booking that is refunded after your event, assuming there are no damages and/or excess cleaning required.
For all venue hire bookings you have two (2) allocated undercover car spaces.
For additional parking, and for all workshop guests, there is ample free parking on Kumulla Rd which is only 100m from Hustler Studios. Please note that parking is not permitted elsewhere within the complex and cars are often towed.
For all venue hire bookings we ask that you return the venue to the clean state that you found it, including washing any cutlery/plates you've used, putting rubbish in the bins provided and removing all decorations. Our cleaners arrive at the end of the hire to vacuum, mop and clean bathrooms. Any excess cleaning required will be deducted from your bond.
For sure! You're welcome to BYO food and drinks for your event at Hustler Studios, or you can choose one of our F&B packages.
We have glassware, cutlery and plates for approx 20 people that you're welcome to use, otherwise you'll have to BYO.
Yes we have some AV available for hire, along with giant games and some additional furniture pieces.
All daytime venue hire bookings include time required for set-up and pack-down so please consider this when making a booking.
For evening venue hire bookings we allocate 60 mins either side of your booking time for set-up and pack-down. If you require additional time, please contact us.
Absolutely! We're more than happy for you to bring in additional suppliers however all vendors or caterers need to have their own public liability insurance.
Please factor in any bump-in and bump-out times into your booking.
Jumping castles or kids play equipment must fit within a 5m x 5m space with a maximum height of 4m. Food trucks, live cooking or BBQ's can only take place outside the venue in an undercover area.
Our onsite sound system is available for all events and be used via bluetooth. You can also hire a 36" TV for $150 ex GST or a Microphone for $65 ex GST.
We have two allocated parking spots onsite for you. For other guests, we suggest parking on Kumulla Rd which is less than 100m from the venue. Unfortunately guests are not permitted to park in other spaces within the complex as these spaces belong to other businesses.
